How many agents can operate at the same time?

Do I need a WhatsApp business account?

It is not mandatory, ZappHub works with Personal or Business WhatsApp accounts.

No, it is not allowed to send unsolicited marketing messages.

Any communication you establish with other parties must be legitimate, explicitly approved and expected by the recipient users.

Please remember that WhatsApp has an extremely strict policy regarding unsolicited marketing messages and spam.

Therefore, before sending marketing messages to your customers, you must carefully evaluate your communication strategy.

A good practice is to ask for their permission before sending any messages and provide them with a clear and easy way to cancel the notification service. Otherwise, your account may be banned.
